The Faculty of Science organized a scientific event in the form of a specialized workshop, presented by the Head of the Department of Opinion Polls and Surveys at the Center for Strategic Studies – University of Jordan. The workshop was coordinated by the “Future Vision” Statistics Team, and attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Dr. Muheeb Awawdeh, Vice Dean Dr. Mohammad Al-Qadri, along with several faculty members and interested students.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of statistical studies and opinion polls in supporting strategic national decision-making, raising students’ awareness of the value of accurate data in analyzing various issues, introducing them to the latest scientific methods in data collection and analysis, and developing their analytical thinking skills. It also encouraged them to engage with this field and recognize its significance.
