A master’s thesis was defended in the Graduate Program of the Department of Chemistry at Yarmouk University by student Mona Khaled Shukri Al-Zoubi, entitled: “The Effect of Drying Techniques on Antioxidant Activity and Chemical Constituents of Essential Oils of Achillea arabica from Jordan.”

The examination committee consisted of:

• Prof. Mahmoud Ali Al-Qudah (Supervisor and Chair)

• Prof. Sultan Tawfiq Abu Arabi (Co-Supervisor)

• Dr. Pawan Sirwan Faris (External Examiner, University of Erbil, Iraq)

• Prof. Idris Faleh Al-Momani (Internal Examiner)

After listening to the student’s presentation and discussion, the committee commended her thesis and the effort invested in preparing and presenting it. The committee announced her success, with minor modifications required.
