As part of its commitment to strengthening the practical skills of its students and connecting them with the latest scientific technologies, the Faculty of Science organized on Thursday, December 18, 2025, an intensive and free training workshop on HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography).
The workshop was held under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Professor Moheeb Awawdeh, and attended by the Head of the Chemistry Department, Dr. Ibrahim Mheidat. It was delivered by ACAC Group, represented by its founder and director, the international certified trainer and chemistry consultant Mr. Amer Sweidan.

- Overview of the principles of HPLC and its importance in chemical analysis.
- Detailed explanation of the device’s components and their functions.
- Applications of HPLC in pharmaceuticals, food, and environmental studies.
- Hands-on training session on operating the device and conducting analyses.

Participants emphasized that the workshop was a valuable addition to their academic journey, offering them direct exposure to one of the most important instruments in analytical chemistry. It helped refine their practical skills and prepared them for both the labor market and scientific research.
