The Faculty of Science at the university organized an honorary ceremony under the patronage of the Dean, Professor Dr. Amjad Al-Nasser, to honor a number of faculty and administrative staff members who have reached the legal retirement age, in addition to a group of students who contributed to organizing and supporting the faculty’s activities during the current academic year.
In his speech during the ceremony, Professor Dr. Al-Nasser expressed his deep appreciation for the staff who dedicated years of service to the faculty and the university. He praised the positive role played by the students in enhancing the institutional presence of the faculty through their active participation. He emphasized that the achievements made were the result of integrated efforts and a commitment to duties with a spirit of teamwork and initiative.
Professor Dr. Jebril Habeeb also delivered a speech in which he thanked the faculty administration for this kind gesture, considering the honor a reflection of the values of loyalty and appreciation that the faculty upholds toward those who have served it with dedication. He conveyed several messages stressing the importance of continued cooperation and integration between the administration and the faculty members to maintain the excellence and progress of the faculty.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation and commemorative plaques to the honorees, in an atmosphere filled with gratitude and pride for their sincere contributions, in recognition of their tangible efforts in supporting the academic and administrative mission of the faculty.
